We are currently recruiting for a microfinance bank. The successful candidate for this role will oversee the day-to-day operations of the Bank’s digital operation channels in an effective and efficient way.

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 – 6 years proven experience as a Banking Operations Officer with a Microfinance or Commercial Bank, with experience in commercial strategic planning, budgeting, credit analysis, product and systems development, and risk management.
• Must have experience servicing SMEs, individuals, Nano, and micro customers, as well as a good knowledge of fintech and its products.
• First degree/HND in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field.
• An advanced degree in a related area of study would be an added advantage.
• Not more than 35 years old

Compensation Package: NGN200,000 – NGN300,000 monthly gross.
