Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Resolve product and service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint; conversant with market currency exchange rate
• Chat online with customers via our website.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication with customers.
• Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies.
• Greet customers and warmly and ascertain problem or reason for calling via chat

Additional Requirement:

• Must not be above 27 years old at the time of application (Necessary)
• Applicant must reside within Abuja (Important)
• Proven customer support experience
  
• Must be available to resume immediately
• Must have completed NYSC
  
• Must be able to work on a two day and two-night shift weekly
• Track record of over-achieving quota
• Strong handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
• Proficient in the use of oral and written English
• Proficient with Excel for report
• Good internet and computer skills
• Quality Guarantors will be needed as well as a referee
  

Salary: ₦50,000.00 per month
