The job holder will be responsible for managing day-to-day transactions of the supermarket, pharmacy, and the Skincare and Makeup Unit.

Improve sales, liaise with manufacturers and suppliers to get the delivery of high-quality goods as well as negotiate for the best prices.
Should be able to multitask working with the accountant, pharmacist, and cosmetologists at the same time for more efficiency on the job.
Create a work schedule for staff to follow, seeing to it that they adhere strictly to their shifts and execute disciplinary actions to members of staff who are absent on their shifts and duty posts to promote seriousness among staff.
Visit competing stores to get information relating to products, styles, prices, and services and implement details of useful findings in the store to improve the quality of service delivery.
Handle customers’ complaints and returns in a cordial manner, creating mutual benefits to both customers and implementing customers’ suggestions on how to tender better services in the store.
Provide excellent customer service for sales growth
Evaluate the performance of each staff and provide appropriate feedback.
Perform inventory control to avoid overstock and low stock as well as pilfering.
Manage product storage and rotation to avoid spoilage, expiration and damages.
