How I started my drawing practice and the things I bought.
Having had the desire to improve on my drawing skill and learn more, I decided to begin to do little practices at home. Below is the list of the things I bought;
- Tikky20 eraser – ₦50
- 6B pencil – ₦30. At the first shop I entered the seller told me that 6B pencil is ₦200 because he knew that I do not know much about the prices of these things. When I went to the second shop to compare prices, I bought the same pencil for ₦30, imagine the difference of ₦170. Please, note that when you are in the market, always compare prices from two or three different shops before you end up buying. If not, you will get cheated.
- Pencil colour – ₦100
- A4 Sketch pad -₦100
I had the brush and sharpener before. It was at the second shop where I went to price the same product that I met Ugwu Samuel – a very good artist at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, Anambra State.
