What is Overpopulation?
Over-population is that population which is above the optimum population. It is also known as that population that exceed the available resources of the country. It then means that the size of the population is so large that when combined with the available resources of a country and given the level of existing technology, it will secure a minimum return per head. In a situation of overpopulation, the standard of living will as the size of the population increases.
