Job Summary

A pharmaceutical & Store chain company with a retail outlet located at Surulere, Ketu Maryland, Bariga seeks to engage the services of an Account/Inventory Officer. The responsibility of an Account/Inventory Officer is to ensure consistency between physical product and inventory records, book-keeping and general accounting functions.

• Minimum Qualification: OND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Job description:

• Receive and confirm product
• Processing of transfer between branches
• Tracking of product 
• Collaborate with IT department (online sales) in the provision of products and stock related activity   
• Stock Management/ Inventory report 
• General book-keeping & raising of journals 
• Daily posting of entries
• Working with spreadsheets for recording cash sales, bank charges, net POS sales and online sales
• Updating and maintaining procedural documentation 
• Other duties assign by management 

Requirement:

• Ordinary National Diploma (OND) in Accounting 
• Possession of Accounting Technician Scheme(ATS) will be of a great advantage 
• Must be computer literate
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Minimum of three years experience
