Job Summary

A seasoned business development executive with vast experience in the Lubricant market is needed in one of Nigeria’s fast thriving and productivity-oriented companies, in the downstream sector of the Nigeria oil and gas industry. The candidate is able to drive volume up to 20million Naira monthly in sales of Lubricants in the Northern Nigeria region.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Possess market base for lubricants
• Detailing and development of sales
• Detailing, designing, and implementing marketing plans for each product
• Willing to take over the market and able to monitor market trends
• Ability to drive the sales representatives under them
• Must meet and exceed monthly sales target
• Provide daily sales reports to the MD and COO.
• Managing and projecting the company brand
• Focusing on the visibility of Merciport
• Maintain a large clientele database and get more end-user clients.
• Ability to build new relationships
• Sourcing for Local Purchase Orders (LPOs) from Blue chip companies
• Ability to get information on prices of products and being able to use it for the profitability of the organisation
• Ensure timely visitation of different depots around Nigeria

• Must be proactive and self-motivated
• Ability to pay attention to details
• An ideal candidate for this role is available to travel/relocate if need be.
• The ability to speak and understand Hausa Language is an added advantage
