Job Description/Requirements

• Responsible for the overall implementation of the organization’s strategy which includes 
• Researching, identifying and developing new business opportunities – including entering new markets; spotting trends; developing new partnerships, customers, products and services – or new ways of reaching existing markets
• Developing and implementing marketing/sales plans
• Fostering and sustaining relationships with customers, clients and partners
• Providing leadership to the team
• These will be carried out while supervising the day-to-day management activities of the organization, thereby ensuring that all stated objectives, aims and targets are met and lead to the overall company goal

Key Responsibilities:

• Thinking strategically – seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives to develop and improve the business
• Achieving the business revenue target and other agreed objectives
• Managing project teams 
• Participates in implementing the performance management for the entire team

Requirements:

• A degree from a tertiary institution 
• Minimum of 5 years experience with at least 2 years in a management position 
• Professional certification in Project Management or Digital Skills is an added advantage
• Have a deep understanding of marketing, sales, product development, designing user experience and project management
• Good communication (written and spoken) skills 
• Critical reasoning 
• Strong entrepreneurial drive 
• An innovative thinker and problem solver 
• Strong business, professional and personal ethics
• Committed to lifelong learning 
• String leadership qualities
• Capable of working with minimal supervision

Salary: NGN250,000 naira (negotiable)
