Job Summary

Hope Autos, the auto repair division of Pillar of Grace Engineering Limited, is looking to hire business development officers to increase the corporate client base and revenue of the company. Your main responsibility will be to identify and close business opportunities with new clients and ensure repeat business with existing ones.

Job Description/Requirements

• Identifying new business opportunities and sources for new clients that would add the company as one of their auto repair vendors
• Create and improve proposals for existing and new clients.
• Developing and sustaining a good relationship with clients
• Analyzing client feedback to determine whether they are satisfied with company services
• Providing insight into service development and competitive positioning.
• Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities.
• Collaborating with company executives to determine the most viable, cost-effective approach to pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop strategies for business growth, visibility, and expansion
• Meeting set sales and revenue targets on a periodic basis

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of OND degree in any field in a recognized tertiary institution
• Minimum of 1-year working experience in marketing/sales/business development
• Working experience in the auto repairs industry will be an added advantage
• Excellent telesales and field sales skills
• Excellent client relations, engagement, and management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, particularly MS PowerPoint
• Excellent presentation skills
• Basic understanding of the auto repairs industry
• Ability to work under little/no supervision
• Female applicants are preferred for this position.

Remuneration:

NGN 50,000 plus commission on every new business
