• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and present sales reports 
• Inventory and stock management  
• Track all orders and ensure payment is made  
• Manage transactions with customers (issue and valid tickets) 
• Collect payments whether in cash or POS 
• Issue receipts, change or tickets 
• Redeem vouchers 
• Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information 
• Maintain clean and tidy checkout areas 

Requirements:

• Minimum OND.
  
• Knowledge of MS Office.
• Monday Off-Day. Must work on Weekends.
