Job Description/Requirements

• Keeping customers informed by forwarding notice of item availability, shipment date and method, and current status; answering questions
• Responsible for contacting customers to verify delivery addresses and availability
• Responsible for picking up items and delivering them safely to customers on time
• Responsible for collecting and delivering official and confidential documents and materials as required
• Responsible for loading, counting and verifying delivery content at the destination
• Update customers concerning the status of their items
• Reports directly to the customer care agent
• Maintaining delivery vehicles assigned to you
• Maintaining accurate records of daily pickups and deliveries

Requirements:

• Minimum of SSCE certificate
• Possession of a rider’s license
• 2 years working experience as a dispatch rider
• Good navigation knowledge of Lagos state roads
• Good temperament
• Ability to read and write correctly in English
• Good customer service skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Polite and able to get along with people

Salary: NGN 60,000 Monthly
