Crecer is looking to recruit an Engagement Manager who will be tasked with organizing and delivering on projects on a company-wide basis. Crecer is an engineering solutions company based in Lagos Nigeria, with operations offices in Porthaccount and Abuja. Operating under the Crecer and Pascal Watts brands we offer engineering design, procurement and advisory Services/solutions to clients within the building construction industry. We’re currently searching for exciting talent to join our team, as we evolve and grow our product and service offerings to meet our clients’ growing needs, and explore more opportunities in the market.

• Experience Length: 3 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Project Planning, Supervision, and Reporting.
• Procurement Management 
• Project Representation
• Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within the scope, and within budget
• Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
• Ensure resource availability and allocation
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress

Requirements:

• Bachelors in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering from a reputable local/foreign institution of learning.
• At least 3 years of work experience in an engineering construction/consulting firm.
• Project Management trained/certified.
• Software aptitude
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Project
  • Autocad
  • Revit 

Remuneration: NGN 1.5 million Annually

(NGN 100,000 Monthly, with NGN 75,000 quarterly bonus)
