Job Summary
This job acts as the bridge for effective communication between the CHRO’s (Chief Human Resources Officer) office and all direct reports as well as other stakeholders across the bank, providing the required support needed to guarantee the effective execution of the CHRO’s work objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
Accountabilities:
- Research and prepare detailed content for the CHRO to present to the bank’s executive committee (ExCo) and/or Board of Directors
- Represent the CHRO by attending some meetings and making presentations on behalf of the CHRO
- Oversee the preparation of the CHRO’s calendar as well as agenda, notices, minutes, and resolutions of meetings presided over by the CHRO
- Prioritize/resolve conflicting schedules and engagements of the CHRO within and outside the bank Lead, Quality Assurance
- Engage all direct reports of the CHRO to ascertain the status of assigned deliverables within specified timelines and provide reports on the same
- Prepare draft emails and other correspondence for the CHRO. Prepare key documents for signature, comments, decision, or action.
- Conduct complex global and local research on HR trends etc. as directed by the CHRO in preparation for internal and external engagements of the CHRO
- Prepare and manage all CHRO’s cross-divisional/cross-functional and external correspondences
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive matters pertaining to the CHRO’s office and engagement

Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor’s degree in any management or administrative discipline
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years post-graduation experience in administration
