The role will involve assisting the organization’s client service / business development department in developing business strategies to increase revenue, identifying and acquiring new clients and servicing existing clients.

The ideal candidate will possess the ability to:                                             

• Conduct research and identify new leads and potential clients
• Engage with executives to establish strategies for pursuing new opportunities
• Solid knowledge of social media
• Create and improve proposals for both new and existing clients
• Negotiate timelines and budgets
• Increase overall sales efficiency and profitability through excellent salesmanship
• Build strong relationships with customers, clients, business partners and suppliers

Requirements:

• Minimum academic qualification of either HND or BSc from a reputable Higher institution
• Experience of at least 2 years in a similar position.
• Membership of relevant professional association will be an added advantage (NIPR, APCON).
• Ability to manage people and drive sales initiatives
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Excellent research skills and ability to apply insights thereof to problem- solving
• Ability to analyse problems and pay attention to detail
