Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities: 

• Proactively pursue new business and sales opportunities 
• Create content and post on all our social media. 
• Present, promote and sell our products in-store and all our social media platforms 
• Maintaining client relations and records 
• Ensuring that customers are satisfied with products or services and follow up with them 
• Letting customers or clients know about additional products or services 
• Escalating queries and concerns by customers 
• Troubleshooting common issues with a product or service and working with the production departments to find appropriate solutions 
• Work with Production manager to meet up with customers order and demand 
• Meet and exceed sales targets 
• Possess deep knowledge of our product 
• Solve problems for clients and customers by developing innovative and tailored sales solutions 
• Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times 
• Prepare and send daily reports and monthly reports 
• Meeting up with Elite customers for measurements when necessary.
• Ability to use simple graphic and photo editing tools like Canva and Lightroom

Requirements:

• Ability to work with little or no supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical, organization and creative thinking skills
• Experience in a similar position will be added advantage
• Excellent customer service skills
• HND/BSC in any Field

Salary:  Between  NGN100,000 – NG N120,000
