We are seeking to hire A Field Officer who will manage a portfolio of clients and report to the Operations Managers.

• Minimum Qualification: Degree
• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities will include;

• Evaluating the financial status of potential customers
• Monitoring existing clients
• Performing risk assessments
• Writing detailed reports, and making informed decisions while extending credit
• Sales and marketing and debt recovery.
• These jobs require personalities who are can consistently operate effectively in the field for extensive hours.
• Experience with fieldwork is a plus. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s Degree 
• 1-2 years sales experience (Experience in lending/finance company is an added advantage)
• Passion for fieldwork 
• Capacity and stamina for continuous days of long hours of fieldwork 
• Resilient and remains calm and deliberate under conditions of stress 
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal) 
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and time-management skills 
• Ethical behaviour 
• The Candidate must live within Alimosho L.G.A such as; Igando, Idimu, Egbeda, Ejigbo,Akowonjo, Meiran, Ayobo,Ipaja, Ikotun, Egbe, Isheri Olofin, Isheri Osun, Alagbado, Ijeododo, Shasha, Oke odo.

Salary: NGN100,000- NGN120,000
