Job Description/Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the preparation and maintenance of proper accounting records for the assigned warehouse(s).
• Analyzing targets with relevant departmental heads.
• Perform financial analysis, reporting and management activities in relation to warehouse(s) operations.
• Ensure relevant financial reports are prepared in accordance with standard accounting procedures and delivered on time.
• Review financial data prepared at warehouse level for accuracy, correctness and completeness.
• Assisting in hiring and training new employees on financial warehouse operations.
• Ensure warehouse operations teams follow company policies and regulations.
• Develop procedures to improve financial operations efficiency at warehouse locations.
• Participate in performance evaluation of warehouse finance staff and conduct assessment sessions to identify skill development needs.
• Perform account reconciliation activities.
• Make contributions as required from time to time toward the preparation of accurate forecasts regarding warehouse revenues and expenses and manage regular reporting requirements.
• Oversee the inventory Management Control

 Job Requirements & Qualification

• Minimum BSc or HND degree.
• 3+ years in a logistics or FMCG
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Outstanding organizational and problem-solving skills.
