Job Summary
In this role, you will lead the operational arm of a sports apparel company. You are to ensure that the entire production process (including logistics) is run efficiently by planning, coordinating, controlling, and leading the operations team.

Job Description/Requirements
- Lead and motivate operations team
- Manage the setup of the warehouse and production processes
- Develop and implement strategies for improving production timelines
- Develop and implement strategies for improving customer satisfaction
- Create and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the production and logistics team
- Supervise individuals in the production team as well as processes involving pattern making, quality control, cutting, sewing, and finishing
- Develop and implement innovative strategies for seamless operations
- Periodically review production requirements and specifications to identify and avoid or resolve production issues
- Plan production meetings, production activities, team schedules, and machine maintenance schedules
- Manage and monitor team members to achieve daily production targets
- Periodically seeking technological solutions to ensure better operational efficiencies
- Identify skill gaps and recommend training where necessary
- Ensure fabric and production materials are of good quality and imported in a timely manner where necessary
- Oversee production process to ensure minimal waste
- Ensure machinists, tailors, finishers, etc. comply with workplace safety standards
- Stay abreast of the latest fashion trends
- Work closely with the quality control officer by supervising quality control processes and checking all outfits after production
- Set quality standards to be used by the quality control officers when carrying out quality checks
- Work closely with team members to ensure client orders are fulfilled in a timely manner
- Ensure all products are finished to meet company specifications
- Oversee package design and quality check
- Ensure proper maintenance of office building, equipment, fixed assets, and facilities
- Perform other tasks as assigned
