We are looking for a skilled HR Officer who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees and managers.

• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
• Create and implement effective onboarding plans
• Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements
• Organizing staff training sessions and activities
• Training and developing staff and making sure that staff get paid correctly and on time
• Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
• Assist in performance management processes

Job Requirement:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the Food & Beverage Industry
• B.sc in Human Resources or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
• Goal-oriented, organized team player
• Ability to analyze problems, solve problems and make decisions
  

Salary: NGN250,000 – NGN300,000
