Traction Apps is a one-stop platform for small businesses to accept payments, run their businesses, and access capital for growth. We are building the operating system for SMEs in Africa! We are looking for a driven, patient, and passionate problem solver to join our team.

• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

• Generate revenue from traction apps through POS terminal sales & revenue generation
• Attend team meetings twice a week virtually & performance review.
• Work as a field officer for traction apps and support merchant leads upon request.
• Engage the ISA WhatsApp platform and serve as regional support in the ISA Platform
• Support Merchant onboarding upon request in regions.
• Serve as ISA & trainers upon request.

Other Requirements:

• Academic qualification of either an OND, HND, or BSC
• The candidate must have an experience length of 0 – 2 years
• Preferred locations are Lagos Island and Lagos Mainland

Skills:

• Must be self-driven
• Must be patient
• Must be a passionate problem solver

Target:

• 7 POS Deployed Monthly
• 20 Bank Transfer monthly

Salary Information:

• 35,000 Base monthly (If target met)
• Commission on all traction transactions over 100,000
• Commission on POS type (1500 , 3500 & 5000) respectively.
• Commission on Bank Transfer (1,000) on an active account.
• Commission on Merchants with over 1,000,000 naira transactions.
• Commission on active referral of new ISA to the traction programme.
• Commission if you sell over 5 terminals as commission matrix.
