Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• To ensure the company complies with financial and legal requirements and maintains high standards of corporate governance.
• Make recommendations to management for matters to be resolved amicably, where applicable.
• Share ideas and seek guidance on complex issues
• Obtain information documents/clarify issues
• General Legal advice to the company about legal implications of decisions and policies
• Reduction of advance consequences on the company
• Enter into contractual agreements with suppliers and customers
• Manage matters related to insurance and work ethics
• Monitor changes in relevant legislation and regulatory environment and take appropriate action

Requirements:

• Minimum of a BSc Certificate
• At least 2-3 years working experience
• Must reside in a Lagos
