Job Summary

We are seeking a driven Agent Manager to lead agency performance, someone who has experience in field support service for mobile money agents. The agent manager’s responsibilities include liaising with mobile money agents and convincing them to sell our healthcare plans, drawing up improvement plans and setting and meeting monthly targets.

• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 2 years

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Recruiting, screening, and training new agents.
• Convincing MMO agents to sell our healthcare plan
• Analyzing performance and drawing up action plans.
• Establishing strong relationships with staff and clients.
• Ensuring all agents exercise good time management.
• Obeying agency regulations, guidelines, and policies, and ensuring team members do the same.
• Researching current industry/market trends and using knowledge for business improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, or similar.
• 1-2 years experience in field support services for Mobile Money Agents
• Good leadership and people skills.
• Excellent time management.
• Great networking abilities.
• Ability to work on different projects simultaneously.
