Job Description/Requirements

Responsibiities:

• Independently operating and job setting of Multilayer Blown Film Extrusion machine
• Experience of both IBC & OBC film extrusion
• Experience of Shrink & Lamination film making
• Material Processing knowledge of LDPE, LLDPE, HDPE, Slip, Non-slip, RP & Filler
• Understanding of the job order, planning and report making with all details
• Production with minimum wastage and break down
• Continue quality checking and assure for production as per customer requirements
• Die, Screw cleaning & general maintenance of the machine
• Arrangement of all inputs / raw material on time and assure for constant availability
• Cleaning of the machine and its surrounding area
• Training to other persons and ready to work on other areas, if required
• Good behaviour and discipline in the plant
• Follow guidelines from the Manager, company rules and policies

Experience & Requirements:

• Extrusion: 1 year (Preferred)Plastics blow moulding: 2 years (Preferred)Plastics extrusion: 1 year (Preferred)
• Education: HND/BSc in Mechanical/Electrical Eng Preferred
• Experience: Minimum 3 years
