Job Description/Requirements
- Create and design the 3PL operational framework for our company.
- Onboard vetted truck owners on the network with their documents
- Build a 3PL supply network
- Create processes and procedures for the delivery, warehousing, and haulage
- Design and execute an onboarding process for all partners across the delivery and haulage
- Responsible for ensuring delivery truck availability and utilization; preparing a daily report on connectivity updates; tracking shipment in Transit and journey time management.
- Should know how to match demand and supply by collaborating with clients and partners.
- Attain and maintain effective Service level attainment (On-time delivery)
- Establish sustainable 3rd Party Logistics Haulage Management scheme thriving on System, Processes, and Reliability
- Establish or monitor specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems
- Create policies or procedures for logistics activities.
- Implement specific customer requirements, such as internal reporting or customized transportation metrics
