Job Summary

A Realtor will take responsibility for coordinating, advertising and promotional activities of the company and must be able to take steps to enhance and generate sales. 225mm construct limited is majorly a construction company. We are venturing into real estate and currently have two estates selling at Magboro, Opp MFM prayer city Lagos/Ibadan.

• Minimum Qualification: OND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Developing and implementing strategic marketing and sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services
• Managing overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trends, advertising and marketing promotional events.
• Prepare a detailed analytical and market proposal for site ride and execute committee approval.
• Negotiate contracts with respective clients, coordinate the entire due diligence and entitlement process.
• Maintain current relationships and proactively sought out new clients.
• Meet with corporate societies and write proposals for them.
• Understand market strategies.
• Display and market real property to possible buyers
• Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, deeds, closing statements etc)
• Maintain and update listings of available properties
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices
• Oversees the operational aspects of properties
• Answers and responds to requests and enquires
• Prepare proposals and offer letters to prospective clients
• Communicate effectively with clients and prospective clients through various channels like a phone call, emails, etc

Qualification & Experience Required:

• B.sc, HND or OND  in any field 
• Valuable extensive experience in Real Estate Marketing and Management or financial sector
• The ability to be proactive and take the initiative
• Digital Marketing Experience
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Organizational skills and ability to multitask
