We are looking for a skilled Full Stack Javascript Developer with both mobile and web experience who will be responsible for our company’s web and mobile platform, the developer is expected to update, make corrections and maintain the existing platform, the developer will also be responsible for implementing new additions to improve the already existing system. You will be working alongside a team of other developers in creating, maintaining, and updating our applications.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Updating, correcting, adding new features, maintaining, and managing our existing mobile and web applications.
• Optimize existing systems for scalability, extensibility, and performance whilst building out reusable, modular code for use across paybuymax’s products.
• Ensure security is at the forefront of everything you do, employing advanced encryption schemes to secure user and company data.
• Work within interdisciplinary teams to continually deliver the highest quality software to our users.
• Using scripting or authoring languages, management tools, content creation tools, applications, and digital media.
• Build distributed, scalable, and highly performant, (soft real-time) software to handle our rapidly growing user base using the most appropriate languages and tools,
• Be a part of a dedicated engineering team committed to rapidly shipping, and iterating on products that directly impact millions of users,
• Be at the forefront of the cryptocurrency ecosystem building out a new set of financial services, systems, and architecture
• Build beautiful user interfaces across our exciting product portfolio.
• Work closely with our designers through implementation to best serve the needs of current and future customers.
• Write well-tested, reliable code for use by millions of users who use our wallet.
• Work on the most interesting and challenging problems in the cryptocurrency space.
• Get exposure to the latest technologies and developments in technology and product-driven company.

Requirements:

• The foremost quality for this position or any position at paybuymax is integrity, passion, and professionalism
• At least 3 years of experience working with JavaScript server-side and client-side web applications preferred
• You thrive on learning new technologies and don’t believe in one-size-fits-all solutions. That being said, you can expect to work with ES6, Styled Components, and React/Redux.
• Proficient in the use of a variety of databases and their tools
• You should be able to adapt easily to meet the needs of our massive growth and rapidly evolving business environment.
• You understand requirements beyond the written word and have a sharp eye.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• You take a pragmatic approach to develop clean solutions to complex problems,
• You have experience building blockchain solutions, have great knowledge of how cryptocurrency work and the implementation
• Proficient in Javascript, Node JS, and other mobile application languages.

Salary: NGN 75,000 – 150,000 Monthly
