Job Summary
We are looking for a results driven retail Store Manager/Social Media Manager to be responsible for the overall store management including but not limited to dealing with online and offline customers. Candidates who live in or near Mafoluku, Oshodi, or Ajao Estate will have an advantage.
- Minimum Qualification: OND
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Oversee the daily running of the store.
- Creating content for the website and social media pages.
- Posting at least 6 to 9 posts per day.
- Advising and following up on trends in the industry.
- Managing the creation and delivery of marketing strategies.
- Creating and delivering content and campaigns.
- Analyzing the results of every campaign and advising on the next call of action.
- Attending to all customer enquiry/requests with the a high level of professionalism and respect at all times.
- Making sure all customer enquiry/request is not delayed later than 15mins.
