The Governor had earlier today, declared a statewide 24-hr curfew to commence from 4pm. 

Update! 
Lagos State Governor, Mr. @jidesanwoolu has directed that enforcement of the the 24-hour curfew in the State should not start until 9pm to enable people stuck in traffic get to their destinations.
