Meet The Members Of The Lagos Judicial Panel On SARS.
The Honourable Justice Doris Okuwobi (rtd).
(Chairman)
Justice Okuwobi served as a judge in the Lagos State Judiciary from 1988 – January 2020. She serves as the chairman of the panel.
DIG Taiwo Lakanu (rtd).
(Member)
DIG Lakanu is a former policeman and a lawyer. He studied philosophy and law at the University of Lagos and bagged a masters degree in law from the Leeds Metropolitan University. He retired from the police force in 2019 after attaining the rank of deputy inspector general of police. He had previously served as commissioner of police in Imo and Ekiti States.

Mr Adegboruwa is a lawyer and human rights activist. He has been a very vocal critic of the Lagos State Government. He once sued the government for imprisoning him by building the Lekki Toll Gate (he lives in Lekki).

He has had disputes with every government in Lagos since 1999.

Segalink created the #EndSARS hashtag in 2016 and he has helped many youths that have been illegally detained and robbed by policemen.
He was subsequently made a member of the Presidential Panel for the Reform of SARS.
He holds bachelors and masters degrees in estate management from the University of Lagos and he has worked as media adviser to Chief Tom Ikimi and some other politicians in the PDP. He has also worked at Dove Media, the media arm of the Redeemed Christian Church of God.
Mrs Olutoyin Odusanya
Director of the Citizen’s Mediation Center.
Mrs Odusanya studied history and law at the University of Lagos and has worked at the Lagos State Ministry of Justice since 1994.

Representing civil society.
Mrs Udoh is a life coach and government critic.
Rinu Oduala (@SavvyRinu)

Rinu Oduala is a brand strategist and activist. She led a campaign to provide hand sanitisers to the poor during the recent COVID-19 lockdown.
She has been one of the leaders of the End SARS protest in Alausa, leading youths to picket Lagos House, Alausa (Governor’s Office), the Lagos House of Assembly and the Lagos State Secretariat.
