Nigerians To Receive COVID-19 Vaccine By End Of January 2021 – Osagie Ehanire
The federal government says Nigerians will receive the coronavirus vaccine by January 2021.
Osagie Ehanire, minister of health, broke the news at the end of Wednesday’s federal executive council (FEC) meeting.
He said a technical working group in the ministry is working on which vaccine will best suit Nigeria, considering that the country has no -80 degrees freezers.
The federal government had previously announced that the country was working on receiving 20 million doses of the COVID-19 vaccine in early 2021.
