Sanwo-Olu Commissions 84-Unit LagosHOMS Housing Project
FLASH: Governor of Lagos State, Mr @jidesanwoolu today officially commissioned the 84-Unit LagosHOMS Lekki Phase II Housing Project in Eti Osa LGA .. Project in conjunction with Lekki Ultimate Company Limited & STB Mortgage Bank.
The Housing Scheme consists of 84 Home Units on a land expanse of 1.8 Hectares consisting of:
– 7 Blocks of Home Units
– Each block has 12 Home Units
– 28 Units of 1-bedroom flat
– 28 Units of 2-bedroom flats
– 28 Units of 3-bedroom flats
The Project Infrastructure:
– Good Road Network
– Central Sewage Treatment Plant
– Car Parks
– Water Reticulation Plant
– Street Lights
– Basketball Court
– Block of Shops
– Open Space for Community Activities
– Open Space for LandscapingGovernor @jidesanwoolu says Government is a continuum … and this project is now completed and delivered to Lagosians for usage and the promise of completing projects is being fulfilled.
