Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Day to day analysis of the Casino and Virtual games offering and performance.
• Management of the Casino and Virtual games content on the website, optimization of the game offers, the launch of new products and games. 
• Responsible to develop Casino and Virtual games product at top level and contributing to a product technology roadmap.
• Work closely with external providers to continuously strive towards an optimized and localized customer experience. 
• Keep up to date with industry trends and provide competitor analysis where relevant.  
• Take ownership of end to end campaign planning, from conceptualization and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimization. 
• Constantly evaluate Casino and Virtual games promotions and optimize them in order to improve performance. 
• Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets. 
• Manage onsite content for Casino and Virtual games.
• Working closely with the other teams including Commercial, Marketing, Design, Content, CRM and VIP to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent. 
• Being responsible for the growth of the Casino and Virtual games across all channels.  
• Carry out regular reporting on the Casino and Virtual games performance. 

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role 2+ years
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge, mathematical concepts, including an understanding of statistics and probabilities.
• Understanding of the Product management and technology 
• Passion and knowledge of the gaming industry
• Analytical skills and high attention to detail. Ability to present.
