Sportsbook manager will be passionate about sports, having experience in working with Sportsbook commercially and being structured in the way of working. Understanding sportsbook trading and the product are essential.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Take part in risk assessment and risk management. Ensure that the sportsbook odds base is optimized for maximum profitability in order to stimulate the growth of the business. 
• Day to day analysis of the sportsbook offering, markets and options and performance.
• Responsible to develop Sportsbook products at the top level and contributing to a Sportsbook technology roadmap.
• Work closely with external providers to continuously strive towards an optimized and localized customer experience. 
• Keep up to date with industry trends and provide competitor analysis where relevant.  
• Take ownership of end to end campaign planning, from conceptualization and briefing & resource allocation to analysis, reporting and optimization. 
• Constantly evaluate sportsbook promotions and optimize them in order to improve performance. 
• Manage the bonus spend budget and ensure campaigns are helping to achieve the overall targets. 
• Manage banners and onsite content for Sportsbook.
• Working closely with the other teams including Commercial, Marketing, Design, Content, CRM and VIP to ensure that the site experience and customer journeys are consistent. 
• Being responsible for the growth of the sportsbook across all channels.  
• Carry out regular reporting on the Sportsbook performance. 

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar role +2 years.
• Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office knowledge, mathematical concepts, including an understanding of statistics and probabilities.
• Understanding of Product management and technology.
• Passion and knowledge of sports.
• Experience in sportsbook trading will be considered an advantage.
• Analytical skills with and have high attention to detail. Ability to present.

 Salary: NGN350,000 to NGN500,000
