Job Description/Requirements
- Deliver on revenue Targets.
- Coordinate activities involved in identifying, onboarding, training, and support of junior staff.
- Responsible for the recruitment, growth, expansion, and supervision of staff network under you
- Organise Regional staff training and customer education forums to drive brand visibility and transaction growth.
- Coordinate and implement marketing activities to create brand awareness and visibility aimed at driving customer growth and transactions.
This role is guaranteed a higher earning compensation than what is obtainable in the industry.
