Job Description/Requirements
• Liaise with Artist Team to strategize and execute design for Album art, assets, photoshoots, apparel and merch concepts for entire roster of Artists
• Oversee development of event and album launch marketing materials including designing covers and packaging
• Work with other members of the Design Department in create art and assets for marketing and promotional use
• Serve as a key design & brand advisor for multiple departments
• Collaborate and team members in improving concepts, quality and emotional impact of all creative outputs
• Collaborate closely with all members of the team in developing the best possible creative throughout an artist campaign (still & moving)
• Work closely with label departments and clients to manage expectations, meet deliverable schedules, and pursue creative excellence.
