Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Drive the Company’s culture across the people to enable high performance, personal development and wellbeing.
• Develop and implement a people strategy which provides opportunities for training and professional development.
• Coordinate HR operations, payroll, benefits, HR tools, policies, and processes.
• Lead the development and implementation of the framework of pay, reward and performance strategies with transparent progression criteria for all our people.
• Company oversight of all people-related matters, including recruitment, probationary periods, termination, performance evaluations, disciplinary, employment benefits, employee relations and organisational policy.
• Promote and champion equality and inclusion throughout the organisation. Also leading initiatives to achieve a high level of people engagement and developing tools to measure this.
• Plan and implement initiatives designed to enhance staff well-being and nurture a positive working environment.
• Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Managing the recruitment and selection process
• Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
• And any other task as may be assigned.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Salary Budget: 200 – 300k
