Traction Apps is a one stop platform for small businesses to accept payments, run their businesses and access capital for growth. We are building the operating system for SMEs in Africa! We are looking for a driven, patient and passionate problem solver to join our team.

• Experience Level: Entry level
• Experience Length: No Experience/Less than 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

• Generate revenue from traction apps through POS terminal sales & revenue generation
• Attend team meetings twice a week virtually & performance review.
• Work as a field officer for traction apps and support merchant leads upon request.
• Engage the ISA WhatsApp platform and serve as regional support in the ISA Platform
• Support Merchant onboarding upon request in regions.
• Serve as ISA & trainers upon request.

Other Requirements:

• Academic qualification of either an OND, HND, or BSC
• The candidate must have an experience length of 0 – 2 years
• Preferred location is Kano Central

Skills:

• Must be self-driven
• Must be patient
• Must be a passionate problem solver

Target:

• 7 POS Deployed Monthly
• 20 Bank Transfer monthly

Salary Information:

• 35,000 Base monthly (If target met)
• Commission on all traction transactions over 100,000
• Commission on POS type (1500 , 3500 & 5000) respectively.
• Commission on Bank Transfer (1,000) on an active account.
• Commission on Merchants with over 1,000,000 naira transactions.
• Commission on active referral of new ISA to the traction programme.
• Commission if you sell over 5 terminals as commission matrix.
