Job Summary
The Accountant is in charge of all financial transaction, He/she must ensure that all financial report must be kept confidential, it is the responsibility of the account to forecast all costing and draw up profitable financial plan that keeps the business financially fit and running.
- Minimum Qualification: MBA / MSc
- Experience Level: Mid level
- Experience Length: 7 years
Job Description/Requirements
- Preparing weekly, monthly and quarterly financial report
- Monitory all financial transaction
- Preparing all bank reconciliation and monitoring all bank position on a daily basis
- Forecasting cost of raw material and ensuring we stay ahead of market inflation
- Preparing daily sales report
- Preparing monthly control report
- Monitoring raw material utilization and ensuring adequate stock of inventory.
- Preparing monthly profit and loss account
- Responsible for making bank deposit and bank withdrawals with the approval of the board of director
- Responsible for all financial report and must keep this record safe and confidential.
REQUIREMENT
- BSC/MSC IN ACCOUNTING
- Must be a computer literate
- Must have 7years of cognitive experience as an accountant in a food and hospitality industry or a recognize financial establishment.
- Must be willing to work long hours including Saturday and Sunday
- Must be willing to living around GRA.
- Must be able to work under pressure and deliver all financial reports and deadlines
- Must be a team player
- Must be able to work under minimal supervision and execute all task professionally
- Must know how to perform stock Audit and inventory count
- Must know how to analyze financial trends and make sound decisions
