As the learning programme manager, you will be required to determine the learning cycles for each of our cohorts, and hold a deep knowledge of our project objectives.

Job Description/Requirements
- Define the strategy for the learner admissions and onboarding and transitions for each learning cycle and cohort
- Develop and manage an operable learning calendar for effective learning.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on effective strategies to ensure learner target numbers are met monthly
- Responsible for end-to-end management of the learner roadmap
- Routine learning program content review, and ensuring necessary updates as best learning practices evolve and change in Nigeria and worldwide
- Create and foster strategic partnerships and affiliations required to boost adoption and recognition of the Phoenix course learner pathway.
- Ensure continuous incorporation of learner feedback into the learning content development and design
- Maintaining data dashboards that provide insights in course adoption, completion, Data management and analysis from the Phoenix course adoption, entire learner management system.
- Liaise with the Project manager to determine program goals, budget, timeline, resources, and course design implementation approach
- Conduct market research to inform course development trends
- Undertake planning and execution of out-of-state learner boot-camps across multiple geographical locations in Nigeria
- Undertake strategic initiatives to keep the learner experience refreshed and optimized
- Collaborate with the facilities management team to prepare and ensure the Phoenix hub is in compliance with the current learner and learning cycle needs.
- Assess, design, develop, and implement best learning standard practices that support the learning audience in line with the regulatory system for vocational skill training in Nigeria
- Coordinate facilitators / Subject matter experts to ensure availability for the in person training sessions.
- Responsible for managing the team of trainers at the phoenix hub to ensure effective execution of the in person sessions.
