Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:  

• Responsible for Sales, Marketing and Account development especially for agencies and  direct clients with a focus on On-Air and online contents
• Provides existing clients with continual support and education on creative thinking and  advertising
• Collecting marketing information and competitor information for business analysis and development. Such information to include media spend on other stations and clients’  media budget
• Managing relationship with Advertising Agencies and Direct Clients
• Securing and managing sponsorships for events, barter and partnerships 6. Preparing media schedules & COBs, Daily & weekly reports
• Ensuring all MPOs and media schedules are duly approved and signed by authorized  officers
• Responding to queries and requests from agencies and direct clients
• Initiate, attend to and manage partnerships, barter deals and other special  projects/arrangements
• Support marketing manager in the development of pricing strategies to set suitable prices  for products
• Use available industry data to analyze trends, ratings and listenership profiles of the stations as well as that of the competitors. 
• Assistant supervisory roles and coordinating the minutes, holiday roasters and clients’  database for purposes related to client engagement.
• Establishes contacts with mid to senior-level decision-makers in targeted organizations and individuals to attract patronage.
• Take a lead role in building and maintaining customer’s relationships.
• Conduct competitive or market analysis in order to identify market opportunities and  threats
• Additional responsibilities as may be assigned by Sales Director

Salary: NGN120,000 – NGN150,000 Monthly Gross
