A Fashion home (Pearls Emporium) in Lagos is seeking to engage the services of a female sales representative in her outlet. The candidate with strong communication skills who can make customers feel welcome in our store will stand out. You will help identify client needs, present and answer questions about our products and services and recommend solutions. A positive attitude and a desire to promptly resolve potential customer issues or complaints will make you successful in this role. The candidate should preferably be female.

• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

• Greet and direct customers
• Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
• Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
• Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
• Cross-sell products
• Manage returns of merchandise
• Coordinate with other staff teams to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
• Inform customers about discounts and special offers
• Provide customer feedback 

Job Requirements:

• The preferred Candidate must be clean and smart
• The candidate should preferably be female
• Hardworking and business-oriented
• Good communication skills
• Age requirement is between 25-30 Years 
• Having relevant sales and marketing experience would be of additional advantage
• Applicants must reside within Gbagada and its environs
