BVN-Generated NIN Not Useful – NIMC
At first, the NIMC denied that fact that there was any sort of harmonisation. They even issued a public statement that they didn’t do any Harmonisation of their National Identity database with any other type of database whatsoever..
Now, they came back to issue another Public Notice.

“If your NIN Number was generated due to the harmonisation of the BVN records with that of the National Identity Database, then, you will NOT have access to the NIMC Mobile-App, and also, your NIN-SIM INTEGRATION will be INVALID..”
