Itshekiri’s Protest Against Ijaw Candidacy in Forthcoming LG Elections in Asaba, Delta State Capital.
Itsekiri of Warri North local government in Delta State protesting against ijaw candidacy in Delta State Government house today 12th January 2021 for in coming local government election.
According to the leader of the protesters they refused any Itsekiri candidate cos is their turn to be the chairman of the local government and they want to know when their request shall be granted because they don’t want anymore crisis in the community.
Right Honourable funke Senior Political adviser to Governor address the protesters that his Excellency Dr Ifeanyi Okowa is the best governor is a man of peace and fairness that will take care of their request while he appreciate them for the maturity they have shown so far and promise to deliver their request to his Excellency sen Dr Ifeanyi Okowa.
