An oil palm and cassava farm is looking for a qualified Farm Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the farm sites and their team.

• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 1 year

Job Description/Requirements

Key Tasks: 

• Ensure profitable running of the farm.  
• Ensure safe working practices  
• Manage and motivate the workforce 
• Manage interaction with the community 
• Records management 
• Perform other administrative tasks as required 

Qualification:

• Degree in Agricultural Science or related field 
• Ability to work with minimal supervision 
• Ability to work with indigenes of the community 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 
• Meticulous and attentive to detail 
• Native speaker of Esan is an advantage 

Experience Level: 

• 1-3 years 

Remuneration: NGN85,000- NGN100,000 

Location: Ekpoma, Edo State
