Job Description:
- Drive performance of SME/Retail Banking team in line with the target set by the Bank.
- Generate and drive deposit liability budget.
- Drive revenue and profit to achieve the company’s strategic goals.
- Generate and supervise risk asset budget as directed by the group.
- Liaise with relevant departments to interview and hire new members of the marketing and sales team.
- Act as a key contact for large customers’ accounts.
- Budget reviews and control.
- Ensure all financial centers are compliant with current risk management and audit standards.
- Act as the lead integrator of business partners-wealth management, mortgage, and retail.
- Define and develop a service-based sales culture.
