Job Summary

Rwazi provides information gathering gigs where mappers receive paid tasks to gather information in their neighborhoods, towns, and cities. We provide organizations with on-ground data on products, services, and activities from developing countries. We do this by utilizing our network of 10,000+ mappers (i.e. data collectors) spread across cities, towns, and villages in 40 African countries. Since the breakout of the COVID-19 pandemic, it has been difficult for organizations to reach customers, beneficiaries, suppliers, and other parties in developing countries. With our network of mappers across the continent, we have been able to serve customers in various industries including healthcare, consumer goods, automotive, education, finance, agriculture, energy, transport, and media, among others. Data such as availability of products and services, pricing, locations, local suppliers, sourcing leads, recruiting, etc., have been most harvested by companies through Rwazi

Job Description

• Gather accurate data using a smartphone and the web app or Rwazi app (Instructions will be sent via email)
• Map the availability of products/services in different areas and their providers and get
• consumer feedback on product needs
• Monitor visibility of products/services across outlets, and measure brand awareness
• Track pricing of products/services across geographies, and distribution channels

Other Requirements:

• Preferred locations are Lagos, Kano, Ibadan, Port Harcourt, Benin. Maiduguri, Aba, Abuja, and Kaduna
• Age: 18 years and above 
• You must have completed Secondary Education 
• Language: Basic command of the English language 
• Must own a smartphone
• Must have access to the internet

 KPIs: Valid geo-tagged data submitted

Benefits: 

• A mapper can make anywhere from 200$ to 800$ based on the amount of data they gather monthly. (Each valid data point is 2$)
