Job Summary

We are currently recruiting for a microfinance bank. The successful candidate for this role will ensure that the bank complies with its outside regulatory and legal requirements as well as internal policies and bylaws.

• Minimum Qualification: HND
• Experience Level: Mid level
• Experience Length: 5 years

Job Description/Requirements

Requirements:

• 5 – 6 years proven experience as a Compliance Officer with a Microfinance or Commercial Bank. 
• Experience in risk management and operations of microfinance bank activities.
• First degree/HND in Finance, Business Administration or a related field
• Relevant Microfinance Bank professional certification (e.g., Certified Compliance & Ethics Professional – CCEP) would be an added advantage.
• Preferably not more than 35 years old

Compensation Package: NGN200,000 – NGN300,000 monthly gross.
